Failed idea

This pitch was a struggle at the beginning. It was a great idea but due to poor time management and lack of passion to the original idea, I later created different concept. I do like the new concept but it would require a major over haul with the story and design if it was chosen. What I can do to improve is to have a timetable to better management.
